Easy Rocky Road Candy

                            Easy Rocky Road Ice Cream 

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped

  1. Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil.
  2. Melt together the chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Stir in nuts and remove from heat. Allow to cool 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add marshmallows and stir to coat.
  5. Spread in pan and refrigerate until firm.
