Happy Mai Tia Day

  Mai Tia Day 

1/2 C  Pineapple juice
1/2 C peach passion fruit nectar
1/2 C Guava nectar
6 T dark rum
1/4 C sugar.
4 tsp grenadine
1 tsp fresh lime juice
 4 fresh pineapple wedges 
Combine all ingredients No except wedges and stir until sugar melts. Transfer 

You can transfer to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer direction to make sorbet. . About 2 hours in freezer, 

No ice cream freezer : Mix 1/2 C water into mixture to make Granita. Freeze in a bowl whisking about every 3 hours, While need to freeze about 6 hours - then with a fork scrape surface and place crystales into frozen glasses to serve.
