Happy Fried Chicken Day !!
2 lb of bone in Chicken (cut up)
1 C of Flour
2 large Eggs
Salt, Black Pepper & seasoning,
Pat Chicken Dry. Season with Salt , Pepper & Seasoning.
Set up breading station. One bowl flour - Other bowl eggs beaten.
Dip Chicken in Egg than Flour. Shake off extra. Repeat until all chicken is covered .
Frying Directions :
Heat 1 inch of oil to 375° in a large frying pan or Dutch oven.( My Granny used a a black skillet)
