Egg and Sausage Oven Bake








 Egg and Sausage Breakfast Dish:

Start overnight and Ready to bake in the morning for Brunch-

1lb cooked/drained Sausage
6 eggs slightly beaten
2 C Milk
1 t salt
1 t  dry mustard
2 slices of day old bread / crumbled
1 C grated Cheddar Cheese
2 T  chopped onion

Mix all ingredients in a 11x7x1 1/2 baking dish . Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Lisa
