Home made Yellow Mustard










       Home made Yellow mustard :









1 C   Cold Water
3/4 C   Yellow Mustard Seeds
3/4 t Sea salt
1/2 t ground tumeric
1/8 t  paprika
1/8  t  garlic powder
1/2 C white vinegar



Direction- in a small saucepan on Med -Place all ingredients except Vinegar  in and  Whisk.  Cook until it thickens about 30-40 minutes. Add Vinegar to thicken mixture and Whisk - Cook another 15 minutes or until desired consistency.   Lisa 










Hints :

You can swap out beer for water.

You can add honey 2T honey if you would like sweet.
