Root Beer Float Day * with Cupcakes










Root Beer Float Cupcakes

  • 3/4cup butter
  • 3eggs
  • 2 1/2cups  AP flour
  • 2 1/2teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2cups sugar
  • 1tablespoon root beer extract
  • 1/2teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4cups root beer
  • Preheat oven at 350 & prepare the cup cake tins  in cupcake pan.
  • Beat butter ,sugar and  Eggs , Then add rest of the ingredients in  alternating liquid and dry items. Mix well and scoop into cupcake tins about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-17 minutes and then let Cool.

  • Root Beer Icing :
  •           4 cups powdered sugae
    • 1/4cup butter
    • 3/4cup vanilla ice cream
    • 1/2teaspoon vanilla

    • Let butter and ice cream soften. Beat butter and add ice cream  & vanilla.  Gradually add in Powder sugar to the mixture. Until its easy to spread .
