1 unbaked Pie Shell
1lb ground beef
1/4 C chopped onion and bell pepper
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 C dry bread crumbs
1/2 t oregano, salt & pepper
Cheese Topping :
1/4 C milk
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t salt,dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
Pre Heat oven to 425 bake time : 30 minutes
In a skillet brown ground meat -stir in seasoning,bread crumbs and 1/2 the can of tomato sauce. Pour into pie crust. Make the cheese topping by mixing egg and milk add seasonings and cheese and place on top of meat.
Bake and serve in wedges with extra tomato sauce.
