Schnitzel, meaning 'Viennese cutlet'), sometimes spelled Wienerschnitzel, as in Austrian, is a type of schnitzel made of a thin, breaded, pan-fried veal cutlet.
4 Veal cutlets (pounded very thin)
1 C flour
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 T water
2 C bread crumbs
Salt & pepper and oil for frying
Serve with Lemon wedges
