Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake

     1 Ready to use graham cracker crust

  • 2 pkg cream cheese soften
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mixture 
Container Cool Whip thawed

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl  and pour into pie pan. Bake for 40 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean) Let Cool and top with Cool Whip.
