Smothered Pork Chops and Gravy

Pork Chops and Gravy 
  • 6 lean pork chops
  • 2 T cooking oil
  • 1 large slice Onion
  • 1/4 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic  chopped
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 2 large T flour
Season chops -in a large hot skillet with oil brown pork shops on both sides remove. Add onion,garlic and bell pepper and saute till soft. Add flour and Mix. Add in beef broth -Stir until smooth. Add back pork chops and Cover. Simmer about 30 to 40 minutes .
We serve with rice but mash potatoes works too.
