Happy Noodles Day ! In my house that means Chinese Noodles in a Wok ! A family favorite cooked by hubby:
- 6oz of chicken breast (sliced small)
- 1 tsp corn starch and 1 tsp oil
- Mix in bowl & set aside
- 1 glove garlic chopped
- 1 small onion sliced fine
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- Chinese greens or broccoli florets cut small
- 1 tsp oil for wok
- Dried rice noodles
- Soy sauce /mushroom sauce
- When cooking in a Wok everything needs to be ready to cook. And close by. ( takes about 5 minutes to Cook)
- Soak Noodles in Hot Water -right before cooking.
- Heat Wok -with oil. Add garlic and onions, (30 seconds)
- Add Chicken cook ( 1 minutes)
- Add vegetables and Cook 1 minute
- Add Noodles & soy-sauce / Toss ( 1 minute)
- After plating add mushroom sauce and Sesame oil to taste.
