Homemade Beef Jerky 


















  • 2 lb beef pounded then and cut in slices
  • 1/4 C  Soy Sauce
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 T brown sugar 
  • 2 T liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer 
  • salt ,pepper,garlic,onion powder 
Prepare the beef. And Mix together the marinated . Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Then place in dehydrator - at least 4 hours but my take longer until done.
