Happy Lager Day! We are making Bread-
- 3 C Ap Flour
- 2 T sugar
- 4 T melted butter/ separated
- 1 1/2 C beer
Mix flour,sugar ,3T of butter and beer together. Place in prepared bread pan and place the last Tablespoon on top. Place in a 375 oven for 45-50 minutes or until done. Let Cool before slicing.
I made my bread using local Louisiana craft beer ( Cane Break) - but you can also use seasonal beers to give your bread a twist.
