Leftover Ham Breakfast Casserole"
- 8 eggs
- 2 C milk
- loaf of bread
- 1 1/2 C cheddar cheese
- 1 C Cooked Ham
- 1/2 C seasoning (onion,bell pepper & celery)
- pinch -salt,pepper,red pepper
In a baking pan place cubed bread- cover with half of cheese and ham. Mix milk,eggs seasoning and pour over mixture- top with ham and then cheese. Bake in a in the oven in a water bath for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Take your left overs from Christmas and make this hearty breakfast casserole . Perfect if you have a house full of guest or getting ready to celebrate Boxing Day in your part of the world. Have a great Wednesday ! Lisa
