Louisiana Cajun Jambalaya

Louisiana Cajun Jambalaya 

  • 1lb smoked sausage cut in pieces 
  • 1 can tomato 
  • 1 C each ( onion and green pepper)
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp  ( salt,pepper ,thyme) 
  • 2 1/2 C  water
  • 2 C rice
In a skillet cook sausage ( 5 minutes) . Take out and add onion and peppers-cook until tender. Add tomato and rice and seasoning - Bring to a Boil and Add rice and rest of ingredients. Let Cook about 30 minutes (or until rice is cooked) Fluff rice before serving.
