Easy Mint Oreo Ice Cream Cake

 Easy Oreo Mint Cake : 

Perfect for St Patrick day parties: 

  • 30 Mint Oreos 
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 1.5 quart container Mint Chip Ice Cream, softened
    • 8 oz. container Cool Whip Topping, thawed

  • Supplies : 
  • Spring Form pan 7 in
  • plastic Wrap 

Crush 16 cookies in a food processor. Add melted butter and combine . Wrap plastic wrap over bottom section of pan. Press the crumbles cookies into the bottom covered with plastic wrap - Chill for 30 minutes .
Take out of fridge and spread a layer of ice cream ,a layer of broken cookies and then more ice cream -until finished : Top with Whip Topping and Freeze for at least 3 hours. 
When ready to serve -pop rings and un mold.  Top with any remaining cookies.
